Marty & Gus is:

Martin Jonsson (Marty):
Guitar, vocal, egg, tamburine, sometimes harmonica.

Gustav Jonsson (Gus):
6-string bass or piano, vocal, sometimes percussion.


We have developed our own unique playing style.

The hallmark is Martin’s single left-hand playing guitar-style, with egg percussion, shaker, in right hand, and tamburine with his foot. In this way it sounds like both a guitar and a small drum set, at the same time.

Gus is playing a 6-string bass guitar that sounds
a bit like a guitar. All that you hear is recorded live
just by the two of us.
